Juan was a conumate gentleman and honest sales person through out the entire deal. He understood our needs and met them with the utmost honesty and integrity. My wife and I felt confident that our needs were being addressed with the most care and integrity. Our new car is better than we could have expected. It is clean and in excellent working order. Juan took time to make sure our needs were met and he was ever so patient with our children, who by the way were bored stiff with the whole car buying experience. Juan and the team at Dream Cars Credit made our experience a speedy and painless process for my wife and I and our impatient children. Thanks a million Juan.

I must be honest and admit that I shopped around first a bit. But Dream Cars Credit was a bit cheaper than the other dealers. I did find a real nice Saab over in Dallas, but just couldn't seem to get everything put together where I wanted it. I went to another Saab Dealer here in Austin, and they just didn't seem interested in helping me or listening to my needs. This car was a bit of a stretch for me in terms of monthly payment, and it really boiled down to me getting my new baby at a certain price while getting enough money for my trade-in. Renee put it all together for me in under 20 minutes!! Whats not to like about that? I intially talked to Renee over the phone and he told me that all he wanted was to 'sell a car', no matter what. Renee heard me out and knew I was a serious buyer, got me what I wanted and kept me a happy customer. He made sure my car was spotless and made sure I got a deal no other dealer could even compare to. That's quality business and how you retain your customers. They've got my vote without question.

I really did not expect things to work out for me because they never do. My luck is bad. I had been to several used car dealerships over the past few months only to be turned down or told they required a ton of money down and the monthly payments would be anywhere from $400 a month or more for a car. That's just not in my budget. I have only one income and it's not a lot.And then I called Dream Cars.Renee was just thankful that I had called. He told me that he doesn't care what he makes, that he just wants to sell me a car. I was not treated like I was stupid just because I had bad credit as so many other dealerships have done. Dream Cars and Renee' were great ! I also got what I wanted & I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for the right place. These people stand by what they say & they will work very hard to get you what you want. Why would you go anywhere else when you can go to Dream Cars and be treated the way you deserve and not like just another dollar sign.

I wanted something that would accommodate my husband and me. Not too small for him and not too big for me, so I searched for an SUV. Perusing the internet, I found their website and loved it! There was no need to look anywhere else. After confirming with Rene what their address was, we went in. What a really nice guy! Rene made us feel like old friends at a bbq catching up on old times. He was very energetic ! I would highly recommend him to do business with. I can assure you my experience with this dealership was smooth sailing. They were all very nice, and I would like to think honest people.

We got an amazing deal on my new car at Dream Cars Credit which I absolutely love. Our salesperson Renee was very helpful. He was honest with us and I felt that he genuinely had our best interest in mind the entire time. He did not pressure us into anything and he made sure that we would make a decision that we felt good about. He made the stressful experience of buying a car a lot less stressful and a lot of fun. Chad Burns was my sales rep and when i got to dream cars at 9 am i explained to him why i came to the dealership, and he shook my habd and said he would take care of everything. I was in a hurry because my son had a baseball game at 12 ….he got me a paper tag and told me to take the car to the baseball and he would handle all the paper work while i was gone. When i returned to dream cars Chad came out with a paper with a SMILY face saying you have been a approved. Chad said i promised you i would handle everything thing. Chad was very down to earth and knowledgeable about the process and made it go really smooth. Chad is the best sales rep i have ever met. Thank you Chad for my new 2010 Dodge Caliber we love it !
